What is your return policy?
We always want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, and we aim to make our returns process as simple and clear as possible.
Online Purchases
Items purchased through our website are eligible for a full refund, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and receipts intact.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate such a return please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Shapewear
Accessories such as bracelets and necklaces may be returned, provided they meet our standard return conditions.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange or a credit note. Credit notes can be used at any time, giving you the flexibility to find something you truly love.
Please Note
Items purchased online must be returned through our online returns process and cannot be returned in-store. Similarly, items purchased in-store must be returned directly to the boutique.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we ship within Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
For our UK customers, please note that due to Brexit, additional customs charges or taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are set and regulated by UK authorities and are outside of our control.
We currently do not offer shipping to any other countries, but we hope to expand in the future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
